WHAT IS A HALF-DAY?
Half-Day Bookings will put our pilot and/or crew on-site and on-call for up to 5 hours, usually for larger productions requiring the more advanced technical direction of photography and cinematography.
WHAT’S INCLUDED WITH A FULL-DAY?
A Half-Day Booking puts our professionally licensed and insured crew (up to 2 people) at your disposal. You can direct us to control the sUAV for whatever shots you need to get, and we’ll handle the flying and airspace waivers if needed.
Selecting the Right Flight & Travel Charges
We provide aerial photography and videography services throughout much of the southwest, and only charge travel fees for flights originating 120+ miles from Las Vegas, NV and/or during civil twilight. Please select appropriately when booking your flight to avoid booking delays. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us via the chat feature in the bottom right of this page, and our reservation agent will be happy to verify your distance from Las Vegas prior to booking.
If your location is more than 350 miles from Las Vegas, please contact us for rates.
*Civil twilight is defined as the 30 minutes prior to sunrise, and the 30 minutes post-sunset.
*All taxes and fees are included in the booking price as noted.
LICENSING OPTIONS
Exclusive Copyright
With all of our Half-Day Packages, PAM will relinquish all rights, and grant the purchaser the exclusive copyright to any and all images captured during their flight(s), for any and all use.
Includes original data files.
WHAT TO EXPECT WITH YOUR FLIGHT RESERVATION
• 72hrs prior: Confirmation/Weather Report
• 24hrs prior: Email Reminder
• Flight Day: PIC/Crew will arrive onsite 45–60 mins prior to your scheduled flight time.
• The Remote PIC will greet the property owner/lister (if present) and discuss any additional photo/video requirements/exclusions.
• PIC/Crew will do a pre-flight walkthrough of the property to identify any potential obstacles or obstructions and designate a safe take-off and landing zone.
• PIC will address any last-minute weather and/or on-site flight safety issues with the property owner/lister.
• PIC will prepare for take-off with a series of environment, aircraft, and crew pre-flight checks.
• PIC will proceed with the mission, capturing photo and video of your home/property.
• If you've selected the Premium Package, the pilot will also proceed to capture photos and /or video of the area surrounding your property. *Note this footage is often gathered in advance and/or after your scheduled shoot.
• Post-Flight: An email will be sent to the property/owner as confirmation that the mission was a success, explaining the delivery process and retrieval of images, as well as when to expect them (usually within 48 hrs for stills, 3–5 days for video).
• Mission Complete!
