STANDARD AERIAL PHOTO FLIGHT PACKAGE

5–7 Aerial Photographs of the exterior of your home and property from various vantage points to use with your MLS or Airbnb/VRBO property listing.

*Best suited for homes up to 3000 sq.-ft., and less than 2 acres of land.

  • Standard pricing applies to flights occurring between 7:30 AM and 3:30 PM local time.

 

ADD BASIC VIDEO PACKAGE

Video footage will be edited to produce a roughly: 30–60-second final YouTube-ready video with basic graphics and titles in 1080p from captured 4k video.

Drone videos consist of multiple video scenes edited together. Scenes are roughly 8-10 seconds long, requiring 6-8 scenes to produce a 1min video.

 

PREMIUM AERIAL PHOTO FLIGHT PACKAGE

10–12 Aerial Photographs of the exterior of your home and property, as well as the surrounding neighborhood, from various vantage points to use with your MLS or Airbnb/VRBO property listing.

*Best suited for homes 3000 sq.-ft. and above, and/or 2 or more acres of land.

  • Standard pricing applies to flights occurring between 7:30 AM and 3:30 PM local time.

 

ADD PREMIUM VIDEO PACKAGE

Video footage will be edited to produce a roughly: 90–180-second final YouTube-ready video with advanced graphics and titles in 1080p from captured 4k video.

Drone videos consist of multiple video scenes edited together. Scenes are roughly 8-10 seconds long, requiring 20-30 scenes to produce a 3min video.

 

Selecting the Right Flight & Travel Charges

We provide aerial photography and videography services throughout much of the southwest, and only charge travel fees for flights originating 120+ miles from Las Vegas, NV and/or during civil twilight. Please select appropriately when booking your flight to avoid booking delays. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us via the chat feature in the bottom right of this page, and our reservation agent will be happy to verify your distance from Las Vegas prior to booking.

If your location is more than 350 miles from Las Vegas, please contact us for rates.

*Civil twilight is defined as the 30 minutes prior to sunrise, and the 30 minutes post-sunset.

*All taxes and fees are included in the booking price as noted.

 

LICENSING OPTIONS

Extended Commercial Use

This license grants the owner of the property or purchaser the right to use any of the final edited images for the promotion and marketing of their business or property for the lifetime of the business or ownership of the property.

  1. Excludes original data files.

  2. PAM retains the original copyright on any images captured and reserves the right to use those images for the marketing and promotion of its business.

Unlimited Personal Use

This license grants the purchaser unlimited personal usage rights of the final captured and/or edited images.

Exclusive Copyright

With this option, PAM will relinquish all rights, and grant the purchaser the exclusive copyright to any and all images captured during their flight(s), for any and all use.

WHAT TO EXPECT WITH YOUR FLIGHT RESERVATION

• 72hrs prior: Confirmation/Weather Report

• 24hrs prior: Email Reminder

• Flight Day: PIC/Crew will arrive onsite 45–60 mins prior to your scheduled flight time.

• The Remote PIC will greet the property owner/lister (if present) and discuss any additional photo/video requirements/exclusions.

• PIC/Crew will do a pre-flight walkthrough of the property to identify any potential obstacles or obstructions and designate a safe take-off and landing zone.

• PIC will address any last-minute weather and/or on-site flight safety issues with the property owner/lister.

• PIC will prepare for take-off with a series of environment, aircraft, and crew pre-flight checks.

• PIC will proceed with the mission, capturing photo and video of your home/property.

• If you've selected the Premium Package, the pilot will also proceed to capture photos and /or video of the area surrounding your property. *Note this footage is often gathered in advance and/or after your scheduled shoot.

• Post-Flight: An email will be sent to the property/owner as confirmation that the mission was a success, explaining the delivery process and retrieval of images, as well as when to expect them (usually within 48 hrs for stills, 3–5 days for video).

• Mission Complete!

Other Flight Packages

Scheduling & Cancellation Policy

All booking requests are subject to the following; 1. Federal Airspace Restrictions, 2. Scheduling Availability, and 3. Weather. ProAerial Media LLC will make every attempt to accommodate your preferred flight date/window, but, in the unlikely event we can’t—there’s no need worry. We’ll let you know right away (usually within 48hrs), if either airspace waivers or our teams schedule conflicts with your requested dates and/or flight location. If so, we’ll work to promptly reschedule or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Should weather present a cause for concern, our team will alert you in the days leading up to your scheduled flight as part of our pre-flight communications. Weather-related flight cancelations receive priority rebooking, and are not eligible for refunds. The on-site Pilot in Command is the final authority on all flight matters, and has the final say regarding day-of weather related delays and cancellations.
