What does the payment cover?

Your payment secures a licensed pilot for your flight, the pre-flight planning process, airspace research required for your requested flight location, as well as travel and insurance for the flight. We’ll work with your venue and traditional photographer to address safety and establish a shot list. PAM will primarily focus on capturing video footage during your flight but can also capture a limited number of aerial stills at your request.

It’s important to note that the PAM +1 Wedding Package is a supplement to your existing wedding photographer/videographer. It is not possible to solely use a drone to capture images of your wedding or event as they don’t record audio nor can they be used for closeups. The PAM +1 Wedding Packages do not include any post-production or editing services other than providing the original RAW files to your photographer/editor.

Is the flight refundable?

All of our flights, including our Fly Now—Pay Later Packages are 100% fully refundable if; 1) federal airspace restrictions conflict with your requested flight location, or 2) our scheduling conflicts with your required flight dates.

Weather-related cancellations are eligible for refunds on ‘PAM +1 Wedding Package Flights’ only as it isn’t possible to reschedule such events. If weather prohibits flight activity, we’ll issue a FULL REFUND for the drone wedding photography services booked (minus a minimum travel charge of $100 for flights originating more than 150 miles from our office in LV that we’ve already traveled to—waived if we don’t go).

How do I get the images after the flight?

Upon the conclusion of your flight, our team will work with your chosen professional photographer to provide them the raw full-quality images files (both stills and video) in their preferred method. As 4k video files are quite large, we recommend an external digital storage device like a large capacity thumb drive or an external SSD.

Licensing Options

EXCLUSIVE COPYRIGHT

PAM will relinquish all rights, and grant the purchaser the exclusive copyright to any and all images captured during their flight(s), for any and all use.

WHAT TO EXPECT WITH YOUR FLIGHT RESERVATION

• 72hrs prior: Confirmation/Weather Report

• 24hrs prior: Email Reminder

• Flight Day: PIC/Crew will arrive onsite 45–60 mins prior to your scheduled flight time.

• The Remote PIC will greet the property owner/lister (if present) and discuss any additional photo/video requirements/exclusions.

• PIC/Crew will do a pre-flight walkthrough of the property to identify any potential obstacles or obstructions and designate a safe take-off and landing zone.

• PIC will address any last-minute weather and/or on-site flight safety issues with the property owner/lister.

• PIC will prepare for take-off with a series of environment, aircraft, and crew pre-flight checks.

• PIC will proceed with the mission, capturing photo and video of your home/property.

• If you've selected the Premium Package, the pilot will also proceed to capture photos and /or video of the area surrounding your property. *Note this footage is often gathered in advance and/or after your scheduled shoot.

• Post-Flight: An email will be sent to the property/owner as confirmation that the mission was a success, explaining the delivery process and retrieval of images, as well as when to expect them (usually within 48 hrs for stills, 3–5 days for video).

• Mission Complete!

SELECTING THE RIGHT FLIGHT & TRAVEL CHARGES

We provide aerial photography and videography services throughout much of the southwest, and only charge travel fees for flights originating 120+ miles from Las Vegas, NV and/or during civil twilight. Please select appropriately when booking your flight to avoid booking delays. *Civil twilight is defined as the 30 minutes prior to sunrise, and the 30 minutes post-sunset.
